I am a result-driven manufacturing engineering professional possessing experience in the design and integration phase of the automotive body in white joining technologies.Throughout my years of professional experience and internships, I have held project engineering roles assuming progressive levels of responsibility throughout the automotive manufacturing line-building processes. Professional in 3D modeling, 2D drafting, DFMEA/PFMEA analysis, Manufacturing process control, quality control, and many more industry best practices to achieve cost savings, reduce material wastage, elevate efficiency, and enhance overall building performance.A recognized expert in the areas of manufacturing design and quality control, I collaborate with cross-functional teams consulting on each project phase to drive innovation and ensure the achievement of all deliverables on schedule and within budget.In addition to my professional experience, my credentials include a Master of Science in Automotive Engineering and technical proficiency in diverse design software including 3D Experience/CATIA V5, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, NX Unigraphics, and Autodesk Inventor.Currently, I am migrating to Industry 4.0 by adapting additive manufacturing strategies and simulation-based design methodologies. As a change agent, I have employed 3D Laser Scanning Application to develop a digital twin of the existing manufacturing lines to reduce the cost and timing of the kitting/brownfield projects.
