I am a confident individual determined to make a mark in the organization I work for, keeping in mind their goals and best interest. I enjoy reading articles on CEOs and other top global leaders as it gives me a wider perspective of management, along with inspiration. Few skill sets from the Information Technology domain that I possess, have catapulted my thinking into the direction that any Management is incomplete without the added boon of Technology and I feel privileged to have been educated in the same. During my leisure hours, I enjoy gardening as it is therapeutic to my mind, as well as traveling. I have a thirst to learn new things and embark upon new endeavors, be it academic or industrial. I believe in constantly working upon myself so that I can do my bit in providing wholly to the industry or the economy. I have worked as an Educator for the acclaimed Juvenile Care on behalf of my University. This experience allowed me to grow personally as well as professionally. I worked as a Coordinator for my University\'s fest in the Guest Care Committee. More specifically, I was exposed to the numerous areas of Management that exist, the challenges that arise at every step, and the brainstorming required to overcome them. I believe strategy is the key, along with intuition and leadership, to any managerial/executive conundrum.
