   Following are roles and responsibilities in my current role as Global Technical Lead for Oracle Cloud & Engineered Systems products - Exalogic, PCA (Private Cloud Appliance), OCNE (Oracle Cloud Native Environment).* SME (Subject-Matter Expert) & Mentoring role: Assist and mentor Global Product Support team members and help them resolve high profile Customer escalations related to Exalogic/PCA/OCNE installation, upgrade, patching and runtime issues.* Cloud Administration: Extensively worked on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) – settings up Compute instances, Configuring networks, storage, security etc. for installation/configuration of OCNE (Oracle Cloud Native Environment).* Knowledge Management & Product Documentation Lead: Publish MOS (My Oracle Support) Knowledge Notes on Oracle Cloud products. One of the main Contributors for Exalogic Cloud Admin Guide (https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E18476_01/doc.220/e25258/title.htm)* Platinum Patching: Schedule and assist with upgrading/patching Platinum Customer racks.* Product Testing: Lead Product Testing efforts of new releases of Exalogic/PCA/OCNE.* Proactive Support Delivery Lead: Involved in automation efforts to show important MOS KM notes and known issues to Customers when Service Request (SR) is opened (based on the keywords and component selected by Customer for opening the SR and by checking the error patterns in logs attached to the Service Request).* Oracle Labs Administration: As Lab Admin involved in System administration, extensively worked on System installations like Exalogic, PCA, standalone Linux, Virtualization & KVM installations on x86 Hardware. Worked on OCNE installation/upgrade which involves Kubernetes, Dockers, CRIO and other containers.
