Over the course of the last 8 years, I\'ve discovered that:1) Most problems we face in a professional environment can be solved through effective communication. 2) When people are enrolled in the process, it opens up new realms of possibilities. This requires me as a leader to be genuinely interested in the people around me; leadership is not about me, it is about them.3) Excellence requires work, and it requires us to be persistent. It requires us to keep our personal nonsense (stories) aside and maintain focus on what needs to be done or what needs to happen.4) To keep growing, it is important to learn to be comfortable in uncomfortable situations. Being coachable is crucial in these scenarios. Everyone needs a coach.I\'m committed to driving impactful results through detailed planning, strong relationships, and effective collaboration.
