My career embodies ongoing enhancement, principled guidance, and a dedication to leveraging innovation for substantive development and lasting partnerships.As the Corporate Director of the Program Management Office (PgMO) for Technology at VHB, pioneered company\'s first Enterprise PgMO, leading 15 major application development and implementations, and managing over $20 million project portfolio of revenue opportunities while reporting to Corporate and Executive Leadership. Since the establishment of the PgMO at VHB, I have improved project delivery by 30% by setting a benchmark for Project Management, Process Engineering and Product Management, resulting in increased efficiency and cost savings. Took on projects that were running over budget with no end in sight utilizing methods and reversed losses to 15% ROI in first full year and achieved reduction in re-work and productivity boost.My skills cover data analytics, geospatial technology, and innovation within transportation planning and GIS applications. I am passionate about applying data, streamlining systems, automating tasks, and utilizing GIS to solve transportation issues. In my role, I\'m tasked with managing project delivery in line with company goals, maximizing resource efficiency, and maintaining strict project governance standards. Outside of the corporate role, I have been an influential figure within the WTS North Carolina Triangle Chapter for over two decades. Commencing my journey as Treasurer, I progressed through various leadership roles, culminating in recent position as Immediate Past President. Notably, My dedication to advancing the mission of WTS extends beyond the local chapter. Since 2022, I have taken on the role of WTS Southeast Council Committee Co-Chair, further exemplifying my commitment to fostering collaboration and driving impactful initiatives within the organization. My extensive experience and achievements within WTS underscore my passion for promoting diversity and excellence in the transportation industry.
