I am currently the Director- Global Recruitments at Career Stone Consultant, a leading HR consulting firm that provides end-to-end recruitment services to various sectors and industries.At Career Stone Consultant, I am responsible for India/Asia, US, Cananda & other new markets. Currently managing the entire recruitment cycle, from understanding and analyzing the client\'s manpower requirements, to formulating and implementing effective sourcing strategies, to conducting preliminary interviews and coordinating with client HR. I also lead and mentor a team of recruiters, and ensure that they follow the best practices and standards of the industry.
