ABOUT TARUNA GODRIC

I work with organizations that want to grow stronger leaders, the kind who can think strategically, lead through change, and bring out the best in others. At Abilitie, I partner with companies around the world to design hands-on leadership simulations and AI-driven learning experiences that build real capability, not just knowledge. As a Third Culture Kid, I grew up across different countries and cultures, which shaped how I see people and leadership. I’ve learned that leadership may look different everywhere, but its essence is universal: clarity, courage, and connection. That perspective influences how I design programs and how I build relationships with clients. I look for what drives people, not just what the program should deliver. I’m at my best when I’m solving complex problems with people who care about impact. I like conversations that go beneath the surface, programs that make people think differently, and partnerships that last because they’re built on trust. Outside of work, I’m usually reading, running, or finding new corners of the world (or my own city) to explore. I believe curiosity is the quiet engine behind great leadership, and that’s what keeps me doing what I do.
