I’m Tarun Agarwala - Founder of Empanetics Research Labs, Visiting Professor of Game Theory, and a passionate builder of trust-first leadership cultures.Over two decades of studying human behavior, emotional resilience, rational-empathy, and leadership dynamics, one truth became clear to me:Technical excellence is critical - but trust determines whether teams thrive or fail.Early in my career, I witnessed brilliant teams break down, not because they lacked talent, but because they lacked trust.
