   Treasury ALMI started a new treasury unit in Mumbai. Here, I completely managed transfer of work to support Asia and EMEA region, hiring and floor set up processes.Currently, I manage a multiyear project with my team to centralise and standardise fund transfer pricing across Citi. With presence across geographies and legal entities, this requires extensive interaction with country heads and unit stakeholders. This involves convincing the need for this change, negotiating a way forward that meets everyone’s expectations, to deliver on the overall bank goal. Key achievement: I led the transition to a new treasury management platform across all international hubs, completing the project on time and within budget. Coordinated with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, minimizing disruption to ongoing operations.
