I have been working in the space of electronic waste (e-waste) management for the last 5 years in the capacity of Manager Procurement, where my primary roles and responsibilities are to manage day-to-day operations, vendor onboarding, contracts and compliances, price negotiation, procurement, etc. while meeting targets defined by Management and Producer Organizations. Karo Sambhav has given me space and opportunity to explore this wonderful field and understand more about the circular economy. Karo Sambhav is working in the space of e-waste, batteries, glass and plastics. The organisation has national and international tie-ups with agencies working in this space.
