Technical leader responsible for ensuring comprehensive system engineering and system maturity to defined customer (OEM-JLR) and Bosch requirements. Ensured on time, on spec, on cost, and on budget delivery of prototype and public road releases for the Bosch Electric Power Steering (EPS)- Delivered an Electric Power Steering (EPS) system public road release for the JLR-Waymo Liberty SAE L4 (ASIL-D, 10 FIT) Robot Taxi and for JLR premium SUV’s SAE L2 (ASIL-B, 700 FIT) steering systems- Successfully led and collaborated technically with a cross-functional team of 25+ engineers from multiple domains such as, hardware, software, mechanical, vehicle testing, functional safety, cyber security, sales, manufacturing, and logistics to deliver an Electric Power Steering (EPS) system for JLR’s premium SUVs.o This project was accomplished within a challenging time frame of 18 months from kick-off to public road release.o Ensured implementation of Bosch Gen-2 Cyber Security features as the first customer project within Bosch- Established, cultivated, and nurtured a positive customer relationship as the System Project Leader for JLR projects- Tracked and reported project specific KPIs to the Bosch management team- Performed safe launch activities at the OEM (JLR) vehicle assembly plants to ensure that the highest levels of customer satisfaction are achieved during the launch phase.
