About Tarun Tripathy
Summary : Tarun is a Seasoned Leader with strong experience in Recruitment, Business Advisory and Talent consulting with strong track record at CME Group India, ANZ India, executive search firms. He has extensive experience in managing Global recruitment teams in India & APAC. My passion drew me into talent scouting, building and marketing.In his current role at CME Group, he spearheads the recruiting for India and other APAC locations(Singapore, HK, Japan, South Korea, Israel, Australia, Beijing), and has established the recruitment process from scratch including branding of the newly setup office. In his previous stint at ANZ India, he led the lateral and executive hiring for Professional Services, Risk Advisory and Technology Services PAN India. He also led various initiatives such as Career Counselling services, Online Assessment etc. Now he is part of the global projects i.e, measuring the candidate and hiring manager experience, Hire-Train-Deploy model for interns, social media marketing etc. Being creative he has brought in various constructive ideas like Buddy System, Bi-weekly Check-in, High Tea Session, Skill mapping, Contract to hire model that enhances intrinsic values of recruitment which results in better joining ratio. He was also deputed at Melbourne, Australia to understand the hiring needs before initiating the business transitions and was key to the transition roadmap
