Managing the operation’s team under my profile.• Managing and execution of Corporate Actions of unlisted Companies such as Private Placement, Right Issues, Preferential Allotments etc.• Managing marketing, sales and business development team of companies and successfully onboard 700+ companies on RTA’s board during my tenure.• Assisting Operations, Marketing and Business Development functions of the Company.• Conducting admission of new Companies on NSDL/CDSL portal for ISIN creation, NSDL Issuer Login, Debentures ISIN Processing.• Ensuring timely RTA payment by all the client companies.• Processing and updating electronic details of corporate event of client companies (AGM, EGM, NCLT Convened meeting, Postal Ballot) on NSDL and CDSL portal.• Documentation processing for all types of Corporate Actions.• Dematerialisation and Remateralisation in NSDL and CDSL Depositories.• Processing of demat/request batch in NSDL and CDSL for client companies on daily basis.• Liaisoning with the regulatory authorities (i.e. NSDL and CDSL) and client companies for timely execution of all associated tasks.• Preparation of other MIS reports and providing to the client companies as and when required.• Shares / Debentures transfer registers; weekly benpos reports; any other reports as and when required by the client companies.• Facilitate the client listed/unlisted entities as Instructor to conduct the AGM through VC/OAVM via NSDL & CDSL.• Providing E-Voting Cut-off /Dividend record date data to the client Companies.• Provided IEPF-5 entitlement details and dealt with the claimants for filing the IEPF-5 form before submission of the claim documents to the Company/RTA.• PAS-6 reports; Quarterly Compliance Reports (Investor Complaints; Reconciliation of Share Capital Reports etc.)• One to one co-ordination with Head of Departments and completion of all designated task in a time bound manner with complete accuracy.
