During the course of my career, I have experience in entire life cycle of Plant i.e, from Engineering Conceptualization to Plant Close out, Maintenance and Operation. Gained exposure in SAP HANA & ERP, Mechanical Engineer, Project Management, Material Planning, Plant Consumption, Execution. Managing smooth coordination between various Departments, Vendors, PR(Purchase Requisitions) for successful execution and timely completion of Machine maintenance. Proficient in directing activities in coordination with internal & external departments for ensuring smooth plant operations. My areas of interest in Plant is to lead a team and to also get involved in liaison with all stakeholders comprises of experts, clients, vendors, engineering. Co-ordination with CSD Engineering team for timely releasing Deliverables like Material Requisition (MR), Material Take Off (MTO). Co-ordinate & Monitoring with store department,As Built & Mandatory Spares submission to client as per machine requirement. Maintaining Weekly and Monthly Progress Report (WPR & MPR) for Plant Activity. An effective communicator with excellent relationship management skills and strong analytical, problem-solving & organizational abilities. Preparing Bulk Material Take Off (MTO/BOM) from P & ID, various data sheets and other related documents for Material Requisition.Floating Material Requisition (MR/RFQ) for routine process. Raising Technical Query (TQ) to various vendors with the help of CSD team. Expediting with Vendors at various stages of manufacturing to ensure deliveries of mechanical items. Aligned Material deliveries in line with the Plant priorities and streamlined mechanical maintenance activity sequence accordingly. Attending kick-off meeting with Mechanical and Plant HODs, Plant V.P and Vendors. Resolving as well as providing engineering solution with co-ordination of Engineering team to the Queries arises at working plant.
