With over 15 years of experience in software automation and engineering, I am a passionate leader who thrives on delivering optimized, resilient, and high-quality systems. I currently manage an automation team at VMware, a global leader in cloud computing and virtualization solutions.My core competencies include automation engineering, test framework development, performance and resiliency testing, Python, AWS, and Kubernetes. I have successfully built and deployed a resiliency test framework from scratch, reduced performance bugs by more than 50%, and integrated test frameworks with various AWS services. I enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, empowering my team members, and solving complex technical challenges. My goal is to continuously innovate and improve the automation practices and processes at VMware and beyond.
