I have Led a team of engineers in delivering complex bridge assessment projects including M4-SDF Culverts (National Highways), Malpas Viaduct Assessment (SWTRA), Pentyla Static Hinge Assessment, Farnham Bridge (Sizewell), Option study report for Grosmont footbridge, A432 Badminton road overbridge.• In every project, I have conducted detailed analysis of inspection reports and record drawings to assess the condition of bridges, developed idealized diagrams and analytical models (using Midas and Lusas), performed comprehensive capacity checks for bridges in accordance with CS 454, CS 467, CS 455 and prepared specifications.• I have been appointed as a Technical champion for sharing technical updates, solving critical project queries, and developing guidance and watch-it-notes for all the team members.• I have effectively managed resources, assigned tasks, prepared fee estimates, prepared budget versus expense analysis, and reviewed tender programs.• I am leading the project review process for the south west team where I ensure all the team members adhere to quality assurance (BMS), and meet project delivering and deadlines.
