ABOUT TARUN MEDIRATTA

I am a people-focused professional passionate about building culture of growth, connection, and performance.My journey began as a Guest Service Associate at Trident Nariman Point, where I learned the true value of empathy, service, and attention to detail. That experience sparked my transition into Human Resources and Learning & Development, where I was promoted to Supervisor across both Trident Nariman Point and The Oberoi Mumbai.In this role, I’ve had the privilege of: • Welcoming and orienting new hires and industrial trainees. • Facilitating Adobe Learning Manager sessions across South Mumbai. • Managing the full trainee lifecycle—from hiring and onboarding to training needs, appraisals, and clearances. • Conducting Training Needs Analyses and reporting on Training Mandays. • Leading LQA audits and service quality checks. • Driving employee engagement initiatives, organizing monthly Townhalls, executive orientations, and managing large-scale events.With a strong belief in people as the foundation of any great organization, I bring both strategy and heart to every interaction. Whether it’s shaping onboarding journeys or managing performance data, I strive to create experiences that are structured, meaningful, and growth-oriented.I believe that every touchpoint—whether with a guest or a colleague—is an opportunity to inspire, elevate, and create lasting impact.
