As CEO of PDC Brands, I oversee a leading portfolio of authentic beauty and wellness brands that serve a diverse range of consumers. Previously, as President and CEO of Gerber, I oversaw one of the most trusted names in baby food. We carried an unyielding mission of providing parents and caregivers with science-based products and resources to ensure their babies and toddlers get the best start in life. I am immensely proud to have led the transformation of that business, and am privileged to have been part of the Nestle USA leadership team. I had joined the Nestlé Nutrition team in December 2012 as part of the Wyeth Nutrition acquisition, rising from innovation and brand management roles to Global Business Head at Wyeth Nutrition, a part of Nestle Nutrition. In my 30 years of industry experience, I have a successful track record of managing business turnarounds, building high-performing teams, and driving innovation and growth in hyper competitive categories and markets. Prior to joining Nestlé, I drove business growth for several Consumer and OTC products at Pfizer Consumer Healthcare, Johnson & Johnson Healthcare and Bausch + Lomb.I believe a thriving culture drives results.
