As an Advanced Fiber Engineer at Amdocs, I design and implement telecom projects for various clients, using my expertise in outside plant (OSP) engineering and computer-aided design (CAD). I graduated with a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kurukshetra University, and I also have additional training in product design and CAD software.I oversee the quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance of the telecom solutions, working with a team of engineers and technicians. I value teamwork, innovation, and customer satisfaction, and I have developed skills in customer relationship management (CRM), land surveying, and MapInfo. Some of my recent achievements include designing a fiber optic network for a rural area, surveying and mapping a complex urban site, and optimizing the performance and reliability of a telecom system for a large contract. I am motivated by the challenge and the opportunity to create and improve the telecom infrastructure that connects people and businesses. I aspire to continue learning and growing as an engineer and a leader in this dynamic and evolving industry.
