Successfully transitioned 5 cash accounting process of NAM,LATAM, Europe and Korea Region. Daily Cash booking- Handling the ledgers of Asia,Europe, Mexico, NAM, Korea & Colombian based concerns of GE. Preparation of the Final Monthly Reconciliation and submission of the same on tool. Reconciliation- Having around 30-35 reconciliations in my bucket which are based on Cash and Cash Equivalents. Share the Pre-Recon with the clients on a daily basis. Prepare the Cashpool Reconciliations for the Company Codes which are in my bucket. Prepare the Score Cards ( Cashpool Edit Check Report ) for GE Global Aviation Sector Prepare Open Item commentary for cash account. Root cause Analysis & rigorous follow-ups for resolution of open item Performing month-end closing activites, GL Scrutiny and reconciliation. Ensure MOI, SLAs targets are met. Acted as primary liaison with clients throughout the transition, maintaining daily contact with Clients to resolve the concerns and ensure satisfaction. Help other Team Mates to perform their deliverable\'s on time and support them in the Closing Activities.Expertise Gained –: Bank Posting, Bank Reconciliations, Capitalization on Fixed assets, Maintenance of Fixed assets ledger, Depreciation, Amortizations, month-end Adjustments, payroll entries, Accrual journals, Prepaid Journals, Documents checklist, Documents library and client reports, Financials preparation.
