I am a Commerce graduate and Operations Professional with diversified experience across Banking, US Healthcare Recruitment, Financial Data Operations, and Customer Experience Management.I began my career with Genpact supporting the Citibank US/UK wire transfer process, where I worked on domestic and international payments using the SWIFT messaging system (MT103/MT202). My responsibilities included beneficiary validation, AML/KYC compliance checks, transaction monitoring, and ensuring accuracy within SLA-driven environments. This role helped me build a strong foundation in banking operations and financial compliance.I then gained experience in US Healthcare Recruitment with eTeam (US Staffing Agency), where I handled full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles including Registered Nurses and Pharmacists.
