Serving as a financial partner to Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), Operations, Construction and R&D teams to develop strategies, financial reports, data visualizations, and key financial metrics for senior management. Create and maintain financial models to support in strategic decisions, budgeting, planning, and forecasting. Develop and manage annual budget, monthly forecast including CAPEX, OPEX, and TCO for strategic projects Conduct comprehensive 10year CAPEX plan and future 5-year forecasts for building financial strategies. Provide financial insights in building presentation for CAPEX meeting on monthly basis Work on building proposals for new initiatives, analyze with the spend to date and provide recommendations Analyze actuals spend results vs forecast & plan and provide commentary to business. Effectively present financial data to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations to the group. Develop a standardized cost plan template to streamline planning, empowering the team to create accurate proposals and optimize budget allocation. Highlight the issues by project & by portfolio with explanation and action plan to senior leadership. Build a model for operational teams to provide monthly forecast and review actuals by project/pool Create and maintained dashboards and reports using SAP S/4 HANA to track financial performance. Identify and led process improvement initiatives, enhancing functionality and performance Collaborate on driving the benefit tracking, visualization and building dashboard Responsible to drive the centralization of activities related to PO creation, invoice processing and accrual creation, to support PMs on their cost management activities. Liaison between PMs and A/P team to support invoice\'s problem resolution and vendor\'s inquiries
