I am a results-driven professional with hands-on experience in the FinTech and Payments industry, specializing in merchant acquisition, account management, and business development.I started my career with Vadilal, where I gained foundational experience in field operations and customer handling. I then joined PhonePe as a Business Development Associate, where I was responsible for merchant onboarding, shop visits, KYC processing, reactivation, returns and reverse pickups, loan facilitation, and QR/Soundbox deployment. I also played an active role in onboarding new merchants and training new team members.Due to consistent performance, I was promoted to Premium Account Executive at PhonePe. In this role, I managed premium outlets, handled end-to-end merchant lifecycle including onboarding, KYC, revisits, reactivation, and deployment of QR, POS, and EDC devices. I also continued mentoring and training new hires.Currently, I am working with Paytm (One97 Communications Limited) as a Key Account Manager, where I manage premium merchants, drive onboarding, ensure KYC compliance, conduct shop and task visits, and oversee QR/POS/EDC deployments.
