STMMA co-polymer (American patent US 67•••81 B2) which is co-polymerized from Styrene and MMA and developed to solve problems in lost foam casting such as carbon defect in steel and ductile iron, fold defect in aluminium alloy casting. The Co-polymer has been proved the best chemical for LFC process. The co-polymer can be used in Full mold Casting too. To provide an end to end solution in Lost foam casting we also have partnered with Qingdao Shengmei Machinery, SANDRY which is a high-tech enterprise for supplying casting equipments like Lost Foam Casting (LFC), Vacuum Process Casting (V process or VPC) and Resin Sand Reclamation etc. We have an engineer’s team with technical staffs owning professional design ability, electrical deign ability, casting technology guiding ability. Sandry as the only one manufacture who takes high-level automatic Vacuum Process molding line as the flagship product, there equipment has ranked to the top in the foundry field.
