Build and develop measurement standards to improve the performance and operational effectiveness of the collections team.Regularly review portfolios with respective State Heads/collection managers/FoS and other stakeholders and provide constructive feedback on the portfolio for management of delinquent cases. Systematically identify areas/activities where the chances of having delinquencies are likely to be high and issue suitable actionable accordingly.To ensure process and policy adherence by team members while managing delinquent customers for recovery of dues. Leverage alternate resolution mechanisms including legal measures to maximize collections & recoveries.
