As Head of Customer Delight process I am the principal officer to ensure customer delight. The responsibility encompasses integration between core functions of purchase, manufacturing, quality and marketing. The main activities are planning, inward logistics and vendor support, S & OP alignment, handling export and import procedures including licence management and supply and distribution planning. Following functions are under direct control. Planning, warehousing, inward and outward logistics, customer service and exports benefit. I am the member of Galaxy Operating Council ( the apex body reporting to the Board and responsible for achieving the P&L objectives.)I am also the chairman of Galaxy Process Integration council ( the 2nd line in command which aims to develop future leadership for the organisation)
