Cisco’s Strategic Execution Office has been created with the specific purpose of accelerating Cisco’s transformation to XaaS. My role in this office is to operationalize the offer development from ‘build to launch’-to scale, analyze and optimize the capabilities and processes required in between and governance models. My current projects are- o Design and optimize the current seller compensation based on nascent RTMs and XaaS solutions o Optimize and automate the pricing process based on new XaaS solutions. o Design and lead workshops and sprints across cross functional teams and organizations to summarize the problem statements, conduct gap analysis and arrive at recommendations o Clear narrative to successfully influence key stakeholders with findings from workshops o Tie in the recommendations to the Cisco platform architecture to automate and optimize current processes
