ABOUT TARU SINGH

A senior-level Human Resources professional with more than 10 years of experience in the development sector. I’ve had the good fortune of partnering with all functions throughout my career: Operations, Management, Client, Consultants, Stakeholders and Staff. I’m pleased to have also crafted a broad base of experience that helps me create value for my company: first as a Coordinator early in my career and second in Human Resources. I have held both Human Resources generalist roles as well as Human Resources specialist’s roles. I believe this gives me a unique ability to understand and apply synergies in these positions to yield the greatest benefit to the organization with whom I partner. Nowadays, these traits manifest themselves in three main ways. First, in executive-level human resources partnering in top INGOs and advertising firm. Second, born out of a career track of my own combined with many years of talent acquisition experience, I enjoy offering career guidance to executives, mid-career professionals and recent undergraduate and master’s-level/MBA graduates. My passion is working closely with executive teams to understand the business and design and execute human resource plans that help to drive business value. I love doing this by surrounding myself with people that have a strong ethical compass and who prefer to help and inspire others as I do.
