Automation -That’s my operating system.I started my career in biokinetics, working closely with people to diagnose dysfunction, uncover root causes, and build structured recovery plans. The work required precision, empathy, and a bias toward action. You cannot guess your way to recovery. You have to understand the system.When I moved to the U.S, the title did not translate. The skillset did.I have always been wired to ask three questions.What is really broken?Why is it happening?How do we fix it so it stays fixed?I shifted from optimizing human performance to optimizing business systems.Today, I work at the intersection of legal operations, process design, and automation strategy. I help organizations move from reactive and manual to intentional and scalable.My approach is grounded in three pillars.PeopleReal change starts with understanding. I listen beyond the surface, identify the true blockers, and help teams build confidence in new ways of working.ProcessIf it is not structured, it will not scale. I turn complexity into clear, repeatable systems that create visibility, accountability, and momentum.AutomationTechnology should remove friction, not create it. I implement solutions that reduce risk, increase efficiency, and unlock capacity for more strategic work.At KP Labs, now part of Harbor Global, I have helped design and implement nearly processes for Fortune 500 organizations across workflow automation, contract intelligence, data analytics, and legal technology transformation.I do not believe in automation for the sake of automation. I believe in building operational ecosystems that actually work.Because when you remove noise and inefficiency, you give people space to think better, collaborate better, and lead better.Tom Preston-Werner said it best,\"The joy of automation is in the elimination of drudgery, the liberation of creativity, and the unleashing of imagination.\"
