My job involves people and people are forever changing. As a passionate recruiter, I am dedicated to finding top talent and helping those candidates step into their dream careers. People are forever changing and the world is forever changing, and with that, changing jobs is always a big decision. I am an experience Recruiter with ten years experience in full cycle recruitment, talent acquisition, client management and career development. I have a strong ability to build and maintain relationships, great communication skills, and a passion for candidate care and years of sourcing and hiring, I succeed in attracting and hiring great talent for companies. I am currently a Talent Acquisition Associate at FortisBC, which is the largest energy provider, working towards transforming BC\'s energy future. I specifically focus on Unionized and Management & Exempt recruitment with the Customer Service and Engineering Departments. Within Customer Service I focus on group hires, and recruiting for a multitude of roles within the Customer Service department, such as Billing Analysts, Collections Representatives, Senior Billing Analysts and more. Within Engineering, I recruit for both the Gas and Electric division. Within Engineering, I focus on hiring Engineering Drafters, Junior EIT Engineers, Senior Engineers, Project Engineers and more. I thrive under pressure, handle stressful situations with ease and love being hands on at all time. Working in a team is very important to me, however I am capable of working independently. Collaboration is extremely important to me and partnering with different departments and personalities is something I love.
