Manage risk across known and weighted unknown factors. Elevated cost estimation, bidding process and project management on an interim basis in a salaried role with Strike, LLC. Created a $465M backlog in 2018 for the major pipeline group, winning multiple spreads on 2 major bids; implemented project controls to increase profitability. Demonstrated leadership of formal and informal teams in a matrixed organization. Developed construction specifications for EPC Pipeline Project Group targeting a customer base with limited to no engineering or pipeline construction resources. Won 2 spreads of the Gulf Coast Express pipeline ($310M) – 220 miles of 42” natural gas pipeline spanning from the Permian Basin to a proposed LNG (liquified natural gas) export terminal in Corpus Christi and natural gas to Mexico. Awarded 2 spreads of the Cheniere-Midship pipeline ($155M) – 140 miles of 36” pipe connecting 2 Oklahoma shale reserves to existing transmission pipeline infrastructure in Texas. Identified cost savings via synergy from shared overhead.
