ABOUT TARRO MORRIS

I have experience within a high demand, fast paced food and beverage environment that has delivered three working systems, a Manufacturing Execution System (MES), SAP ERP for production areas and an end of line pallet labelling software that interacts with SAP. I have engaged key stake holders both locally and at group level about continuous improvement activities and change including involving end users, both within offices as well as shop floor users. As part of this role I have lead a team that has delivered training to a large production site and produced training materials and usage guides. I have vast experience interacting with representatives and service providers from many companies and sites across Eastern and Western Europe, which include continuous improvement activities and Service Level Agreements. I am a person who understands the bigger picture within system management, with a cross functional understanding. I understand the implications of changes within a given system that can affect standards and processes within other departments and plan effectively for these changes. I pay high attention to detail and can work efficiently independently or within a high functioning team. I have experience of engaging all levels within a company and possess excellent presentation and Microsoft Office skills. I own the sites Operating Equipment Efficiency (OEE) process within our software systems and push improvement through the data output.
