   My team empowers Unity creators to ship their games across mobile, console, PC, handheld and XR platforms. We do this by creating abstractions that greatly simplify cross-platform development, optimize runtime performance, and collaborate with partners to bring the latest device features to developers. I’m a key decision maker on:+ Setting the strategic direction for platform support at Unity, including which platforms Unity supports+ Exploring and landing strategic partnerships with Google, Microsoft, Meta, Nintendo and Apple+ Managing a team of 15 product managers that supports over 200 engineersMy group was recently recognized by Fast Company as one of the World’s Most Innovative Companies of 2025, ranking #8 in the Augmented and Virtual Reality category.
