My educational path reflects a clear, long-term commitment to becoming a certified educator and making a meaningful impact in students’ lives.Before transitioning into education, I built a strong professional foundation in short-term disability and leave of absence coordination. In this role, I managed complex caseloads, navigated sensitive situations, and communicated effectively with individuals facing challenging circumstances. These experiences directly translate into my work in the classroom—where adaptability, empathy, organization, and clear communication are critical.
