When I was younger, I looked for pattern and reason in everything around me, taking particular interest in system dynamics - working out the structure behind how, and the reasons for why things worked. Fast forward to now and I\'ve retained this interest in the context of data structures & patterns, and complex financial models & systems; using my analytical skills to lead complex model developments & transformational change, and designing & building fully integrated systems that meet precise design requirements. As an experienced team leader, I take increasing interest in the organisational, structural, social, and psychological dynamics of complex behavioural systems. In the future, I see myself as a business leader using my analytical skills, experience and knowledge to make sense of complex problems and to drive meaningful progress & change.
