In this role, I was responsible for assisting with the setup and breakdown of all major events at Raymond James Stadium. These events included Concerts, Bucs and USF football games, Soccer matches, NHL Stadium Series, and much more. Set-up included signage, staging, security measures, fan experience areas, etc. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure event execution and gained hands-on experience in large-scale facility management. I gained experience in event coordination, being the point of contact for clients to help them plan and execute BEO events here at Raymond James Stadium.

I\'m an alumnus from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Sport Entertainment and Management. I am a motivated and dependable worker with experience in equipment operations, logistics, and event coordination within a fast-paced sports environment. My professional experiences have included a gameday volunteer role with the University of South Carolina Beach Volleyball team, a student equipment manager for Gamecocks Football, and a current operations assistant position with Tampa Sports Authority. Through my experiences, I\'ve developed strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to adapt quickly and work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds. I\'ve collaborated with cross-functional partners, including vendors and security, to ensure the seamless operation of events. I also take pride in ensuring that athletes and staff have all the essentials they need to perform at their best, whether that\'s managing daily practice and training setups or maintaining and organizing equipment. I\'m passionate about contributing to team success behind the scenes and continuously improving to create amazing event experiences.
