Responsible for building partnerships and collaborating with cross-functional risk experts, and business line management to oversee, manage and mitigate the risk associated with a diverse portfolio of third party relationships. Additional responsibilities include managing a team of risk analysts that perform initial assessments, reassessments, performance monitoring and on-site reviews; partnering with internal audit and accounting to perform SOC reviews on service organizations that impact financial reporting (i.e, SOX); recommending and leading process improvements and enhancements in alignment with internal strategies, industry best practices and regulatory guidance; accountable for the management and oversight of policies and process documentation, issue management and reporting for both internal and external stakeholders; managing and monitoring key performance and risk indicators and other metrics to measure the effectiveness of the program; providing support and input for internal and external audits and examinations; providing on-going subject matter expertise, support and training as it relates to the management and oversight of third party service providers.
