ABOUT TARO NISHIKAWA
Taro Nishikawa is the Project Lead for the Ukraine Support Tracker at the Kiel Institute for the World Economy, a research project that systematically tracks and analyzes international aid to Ukraine using open-source data.He holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs from the Hertie School in Berlin, with a concentration in quantitative methods and international security.Before his graduate studies, he served for over four years as an Army Officer in the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force, working in military logistics and security cooperation.
