I am leading one of the streams of global Organizational Transformation of Gazprom Neft as Business Architecht.Key focus of my program is optimisation of Corporate functions including- Organizational transformation initiatives for Downstream division (expertise & implementation)- Corporate functions labor productivity increase and benchmarking- Evaluating organizational changes and workforce requests from business- Operating models and Organizational Design- Business analysis, process mapping and improvement- Developing job descriptions, setting the SLA targets and KPIs for new or changing business units- Project & Program Management- Supporting Change Management process in organizational projects and transformations.Current challenges- How to restructure cost engineering function in several regional subsidiaries in order to create professional centralized hub of cost engineers- How to implement the target reengineered business processes defined by HSE function by choosing the optimal operating model for separate processes- How to centralize the purchasing function personnel into shared resource pool by transfer from several subsidiaries and setting-up purchasing services based on SLA.As part of our internal consulting initiative, I developed and led a company-wide framework for optimizing business processes, structures, and roles. Over the course of the year, we successfully launched and delivered 16 transformation projects across key corporate functions.Key outcomes:1) 147 FTEs in labor savings — representing 22% of total FTEs across the chosen processes2) 10–20% cycle time reduction in business operations (e.g. investment decision making)3) Unified process models, standardized org charts and role models implemented4) Methodology and change approach standardized and scaled for future wavesThis initiative demonstrated measurable impact and was approved by the Board of Directors to be implemented in annual operating cycle.
