Working in a field based team selling Bayer Healthcare anticoagulation medicine in a territory in order to achieve specific brand objectives in terms of sales & targeted activity, maximising return on investment & specialising in the promoted product within a highly specialised group of customers.• Prepare & implement secondary care plans for target accounts and customers, with support from KAM and Regional Business Manager to achieve agreed sales targets.• Responsible for monitoring and reviewing specific actions as identified and agreed with Regional Business Manager including proactively identifying opportunities to add value to our customers and patients through the ethical and compliant delivery of Bayer sponsored services • To strategically manage secondary care key opinion leader development customer plans. Work collaboratively with KAM and TMs to mobilise key opinion leaders across the local healthcare economy. Ensuring KOLs deliver regular and impactful presentations in primary care.• Focus activity on target customers and accounts and develop sales through account working in partnership with territory colleagues.• Maintain high level therapy and product knowledge, selling skills and an understanding of the NHS and commercial environment nationally and locally in order to ensure professional and ethical commercialisation of national and local guidance.• Productive & effective team working and communication between cross functional team members to maximise sales outcomes.• Achieve sales targets in the territory by ensuring uptake of promoted product.• Develop positive relationships with key stakeholders and ensure support for promoted product and drive Bayer’s market leadership position in anticoagulation
