I am a senior at Baylor University, pursuing a double major in Entrepreneurship and Corporate Innovation and Management. I am currently participating in the Leadership Development Program at General Air Service & Supply, a leading provider of industrial gas solutions and services.In this program, I have the opportunity to learn from and work with experienced leaders and managers across different functional areas, such as sales, marketing, operations, and finance. I have also contributed to various projects and initiatives that aim to improve customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue growth. Some of the skills I have developed and applied in this program include Microsoft PowerPoint, accounting, teamwork, and communication. I am passionate about creating value for customers and stakeholders, and I am eager to further develop my entrepreneurial and managerial skills and knowledge.
