   As a TV producer with NDTV\'s Special Projects team, I focus on creating impactful, feature-driven shows. I handle everything from studio shoots and on-location filming to scripting and managing pre- and post-production for various branded projects, ensuring each show is polished and engaging.In my role as the Research Producer for NDTV’s The Urban Agenda Show, I oversee the production of this significant platform, which tackles issues like urban planning, smart cities, sustainability, climate change, and development in India. Hosted by Ms. Manisha Natarajan, this show stands out in Indian news television, highlighting pressing urban challenges.My key responsibilities include:Finding the Right Topics: I research and select themes that resonate with our audience and emphasize innovative solutions.Building Expert Panels: I coordinate discussions with experts to provide in-depth insights for each episode.Managing Production: I ensure a seamless production process, from recording to the creation of additional stories and VTs (video tapes).Overseeing Post-Production: I manage editing and graphic creation, making sure everything meets broadcast standards for both TV and social media.With extensive experience, I bring important stories to life and make complex issues accessible to everyone.
