Surpassed $245 million dollars in revenue, exceeding all corporate financial targets, and achieved 4.8/5 customer satisfaction score, again exceeding corporate target. Achieved best performance-to-budget for entire Gulfstream corporation, and captured 5.0 on customer survey, after delivering $70M G650 1 ½ weeks faster than 8-week deadline. Slashed rework at least $100K per plane for entire fleet, by building test box to test furniture functionality prior to installation. Identified supplier quality issues, pinpointed out-of-stock problems, and revised engineering drawings. Promoted culture of transparency throughout this and subsequent projects, by securing and visibly communicating dates for deliverables, and optimizing availability to technicians team to address and resolve any and every obstacle.
