About Tarja Huuskonen

I am a transformationalist - a shaper of future and observer of reality - who ignites and enables choices for personal and organizational agility and growth. My life\'s work has been about transformation and healthcare: building innovation and product delivery capabilities and cultures that foster curiosity, collaboration and peak performance for best patient and business outcomes. I\'ve advised, trained and facilitated hundreds of executive teams and leaders in pharmaceutical and med-tech companies globally, on how to rethink their business models and processes, and make their visions come true by leading and empowering internal teams and external partnerships. Action for Results (AfR) is my own discovery ground. We do our own research and collect learnings from each customer project. Our domain captains integrate those nuggets into new and improved processes, training, and performance habits. That includes nurturing sharp minds, healthy bodies, and a resilient spirit, not just within our team but with our customers. The companies that do that well outperform others in just about every measure of innovation and execution! I\'ve experienced first-hand what great medical product innovations can do in the hands of well-trained doctors, nurses, and other medical professionals. The platinum coils inside my brain are just one innovation that I walk around with, but the ICU was filled with them! Imagine how many teams it took to design and make all the medical devices, equipment and drugs that saved my life after a ruptured brain aneurysm. Thank you. In addition to being a public speaker and podcaster on leading innovation and shaping cultures, I am a strong advocate for patient engagement and empowerment. Harbor of Life (HoL), is a not-for-profit organization, that I founded to empower other brain aneurysm survivors in their reentry to life - including work. Together, we can change the stigma that often makes return to work even more difficult after brain injury. Please ask me how!

Our consultants are carefully selected, bringing hands-on industry experience and expertise into every engagement.My own primary focus in customer engagements is providing strategic advice on business and cultural transformations for senior leaders.
