Overall responsibility of handling day to day operation of T1 which is handling 24 million passengers per annum of the three \'Low Cost Carriers\' viz. Indigo Airlines, Spicejet Airlines and Go Air at IGI Airport, New Delhi- Member of Design Review Team for the upcoming expansion works of the terminal- Constantly upgrading the terminal infrastructure and introducing new technologies/innovations to enhance the passenger experience and maximize the terminal throughput- Managing multiple contracts for the outsourced services- Stakeholder interaction to resolve issues of Airlines, commercial (F&B and Retail), Security, Medical and various Government Agencies- Providing logistic and execution support to the Commercial Team to run various campaigns/shopping festivals- Managing and maintaining the emergency services in the terminal- Providing support and playing our role in various emergency and security Mock drills. in the terminal- Handling of irregular operations during flight delays in winters (Low visibility) and Monsoons.
