I work at the point where creative experience design meets practical delivery, I love taking a big idea and making it actually happen. I\'ve spent over a decade in the drinks and hospitality world bringing experiences to life, and if there\'s one thing it\'s taught me, it\'s that a brilliant concept only works if the flow, the team and the detail behind it work too.
