ABOUT TARINI SINGH
I am currently pursuing my PhD at INSERM within the Centre de Recherche des Cordeliers laboratory. The aim of my thesis is to enhance the reliability of extrapolation from adults to children with multiple sclerosis and develop in silico trial methods and models for creating virtual patients in rare diseases. I hold an MSc in Mathematics, with a focus in Biomathematics and Biostatistics, from TU Munich. I previously worked at the Institute for Diabetes Research, Helmholtz Munich as a Research Assistant in Medical Statistics. I have experience working in the fields of Clinical Data, Epigenetics, Multi-Omics Analysis and Mathematical Epidemiology, using statistical models, computational algorithms, and differential equations (ODE, PDE and SDE).
