About Tarini Mohan
I had to rebuild my own life. That experience changed how I understand systems, care, and what it actually takes for change to last.I now work in public health, focused on maternal and child mortality in India. I’m interested in how frontline realities travel through institutions, and what gets lost along the way. Much of my work involves distilling what programme teams see and experience so it informs decisions made at scale. I also support strategic writing, including pull content for proposals and related documents.Earlier in my career, I worked on Wall Street before moving into development. That shift sharpened my attention to power, incentives, and the gap between design and lived reality.I’m also the author of Lifequake. Writing it reinforced my belief that lived experience is often the earliest signal of system stress.
