About Tarik Marte

My name is Tarik Adolfo Marte, I graduated from FAU in 2019 with a Bachelor\'s in Neuroscience and Behavior. I currently am currently stationed in Hawaii as an Air Defense Artillery Officer in the United States Army. I recently finished working as an Executive Officer where I; established and enforced section procedures, assembled and supervised section leaders, coordinated and synchronized maintenance and training plans, organized and supervised Maintenance inspections, and enforced planning timelines, standard operating procedures. Now I am an Operations Officer where I assume the responsibilities of; supervising logistical support during operations, identifying and coordinating training requirements and mission essential resources, maintain logistical and medical readiness of a company that consists of 112 personnel, writing and publishing standard operating procedures to ensure the efficiency of the company. Other responsibilities include serving as the company\'s safety officer, motorcycle mentor, unit movement officer, container certifier officer, and equal opportunity leader. My previous role as a Launcher Platoon Leader, I held responsibilities to employ, organize, and direct the platoon during combat operations. I executed personnel management, training, counseling, mentorship, readiness, and supply accountability of over 50 soldiers. I have managed modern military computers on complex networks, communication systems, radars, and missile systems in order to provide early detection. My future goal is to obtain my master\'s in psychology and my doctorates. Once I get out of the Army, I will seek employment in the Operations or Psychology field. My special interest is Marketing and Operations. I want to be able to appeal to all audiences and create a common platform that all types of people will enjoy and appreciate as well as develop organizational standard operating procedures that will enhance the company\'s effectiveness and proficiency.
