I am a general engineer and ESSEC graduate with hands-on experience in operations transformation, procurement performance, and digital enablement across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.My work focuses on diagnostics, operational improvement, Lean practices, and data-driven decision making. I recently led a cross-BU transformation at SPIE GSE, including a full procurement & supply chain diagnostic (5 global BUs), the design of a two-year roadmap, and a CSR strategy that reduced the supplier base from to 211 and achieved 37% CO₂ spend compliance.Before that, I contributed to a €56M industrial modernization program at Orano, driving Value Stream Mapping, Lean implementation, and digital solutions (IoT/RFID) to improve efficiency and traceability. I also have experience in cost optimization and multi-sourcing at Valeo (€26M savings delivered).Beyond technical work, I enjoy developing people and building teams.
